The assignment was to draw a pig in forest. But the focus was on the environment itself not the actual characters all while still keeping their positions in mind.
My friends Dylan and Kris, and myself are drawing mythical sea creatures. This time around we decided to draw the Cadborosaurus, a sea serpent that allegedly stalks the murky deeps of the Northern Pacific Coastlines. So heres a quick sketch of this elusive creature. Swimmers beware!
A friend of mine named Brenda might be visiting me this summer, and I'm pretty excited about it. She asked that I draw her, so I was gonna do a simple caricature or something, but I thought doing a quick vignette would be a better choice. Hope you like it Brenda!
My buddy and current roomate, Dylan, is working pretty hard so i've taken upon myself to do every project he gives himself( except those lame fantasy art ones, Dylan!) until we finally get started on our bigger weekly assignments. Here is a Sea Serpent sketch( that i'll add color to later), and here is Dylan's.
Heres a few pages out of my portfolio. I thought it'd be cool to come up with some development art for a 60's Bond-like, inspired film. I like that these type f films are pure fluff with no purpose but to show a middle aged man kickin' ass and getting sexy ladies. I post more " Bond stuff" within the next few days or so. And maybe I'll just post more PERIOD, as the school year is ending and I have no excuse not to.
These Are A Few of Henry Yu's Storyboards for his student film this year. He asked me to help him out with the color and lighting so he could achieve the look he was going for so I took some of his already amazingly composed penciled boards and did this:
He was pretty happy with the final result. Glad to help, Henry!
